Former spouse of Ariana Grande, Dalton Gomez, is stepping up his romance with actress Maika Monroe. Monroe's Instagram account included a string of heartfelt pictures on Sunday, formally announcing their romance.

With a straightforward shooting star emoji description, Monroe, 31, posted the images in a carousel. The pair is seen in one picture kissing passionately, Monroe standing on her tiptoes and putting her arms around Gomez's neck. In a different picture, they are seen enjoying a day on the water while snuggling on a boat.

Eight months have passed since Gomez, 28, was originally connected to the "It Follows" star. The two were seen kissing in public at Jumbo's Clown Room in Los Angeles in October of 2023. Deuxmoi was informed by an eyewitness that the couple was not bothered about being seen; the witness described them as being amiable and introducing themselves to others.

More recently, Gomez and Monroe celebrated Valentine's Day in February with a romantic trip to Los Cabos, Mexico. Gomez was seen kissing Monroe while they lounged outside on pool chairs, and when they climbed a flight of steps, he put a gentle hand on her lower back.

After two years of marriage to Grande, 30, Gomez formalized his divorce from her last year. Grande has moved on as well, and she is seeing actor Ethan Slater right now. The pair was last spotted together in April at a party in Las Vegas following the CinemaCon presentation of their next film, "Wicked."
