Lucifer has become a huge blockbuster in Malayalam Cinema. It released with huge hype as Prithviraj Sukumaran, decided to debut as director with the film.

He presented Mohan Lal in a very dynamic way and the Superstar's fans loved the film for its style and action. But it had heavy political elements to go with and as Chiranjeevi, is no longer active in politics, he doesn't want to go for such serious and severe political tone in the remake, it seems.

He asked director to add some fun elements to his character and also, song situations as his fans love to see him dance on screen. Also, he asked for Step Brother character to be improved, it seems.
