The 'Bigg Boss' season one hosted by Kamal Haasan saw the emergence of two stars Oviya who became the darling of the masses during the show and Arav who became the title winner. In fact, the duo helped each other in gaining their popularity as they apparently fell in love and even went on to the extent of sharing a medical kiss (Maruthuva Muththam). It was also said that Oviya got depressed because of love breakup from Arav and that is why she had to leave the Bigg Boss house midway.

However, after the show, Oviya and Arav were spotted many times together which sparked romance rumors and even very recently photographs in which the couple are close together went viral taken during Arav's birthday. Arav in his most recent interview has stated that he is definitely not in love with Oviya who is, however, his best buddy. He added that the duo are keen to star in a film together but they are not getting the proper script as yet and hoping to unite onscreen soon.

Arav is currently starring in a new movie 'Raja Bheema' while Oviya has 'Kanchana 3', 'Silukuvarpatti Singam', '90 ML' and a couple of other projects under her kitty.
