Directed by Sundar C and starring Arya, 'Aranmanai 3' is all set to hit theatres across the world on the 14th of October. The film is being released in Tamil Nadu by Udayanithi Stalin's Red Giant Movies. The makers interacted with the press and media in Chennai during the horror-comedy film's promotional event yesterday. Director Sundar C opened up about the difference between 'Aranmanai' and 'Aranmanai 2' and 'Aranmanai 3'.

He said, "Aranmanai and Aranmanai 2 were shot in sets but we decided to shoot Aranmanai 3 in a real palace and wandered all over India looking for the palace as we desired. We shot in the palace for 40 days and we are very happy with the outcome.

He further said, "We have also concentrated much on the CG works. The film will never fail to disappoint you our only motive is to make the audience laugh for the complete two hours. My film will not have large scale ideas and revolutions and my only aim is to send the audience happy."

Arya is playing a ghost for the first time in Aranmanai 3, produced by Khusbhu's Avni Cinemax. The first two films in the franchise hit box office gold and the third one is going to be no different. The ensemble star cast also includes late actor Vivek, Yogi Babu, Bigg Boss fame Sakshi Agarwal, Manobala and Vela Ramamoorthy.
