The sequel of Nayanthara’s socio-political drama film Aramm, which was critically acclaimed and was even considered the best movie of 2017, is in talks for a sequel, and will most likely have Nayanthara in the lead yet again. Samantha is also being considered for the part, according to reports.
Nayanthara is currently busy with the shoot of Vijay’s Bigil and Rajinikanth’s Darbar, while she has also signed up for a Malayalam movie co-starring Chiranjeevi. Owing to her schedule constraint, speculations were being made that Gopi Nainar had decided to launch Samantha in Aramm 2. Sources have revealed that Samantha has signed a female-centric movie with Gopi Nainar, although it’s not for the second part of Aramm.
It was further added by the director that apparently nobody can replace Nayanthara in Aramm’s sequel. Although there has been no official confirmation of the same, Nayanthara will most likely reprise her role in Aramm 2.
