Popular dance choreographer Jani is a veteran of more than 150 songs in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. His most recent super hits in Tamil are "Arabic Kuthu" in Thalapathy Vijay's 'Beast' costarring Pooja Hegde and "Megham Karukatha" from 'Thiruchitambalam' starring Dhanush and Nithya Menen.

Jani has now turned hero in a new Telugu movie titled 'Yatha Raja Tatha Praja' directed by Srinivas Vittala and produced by Haresh Patel under Om Movie Creations & Sri Krishna Movie Creations. 'Cinema Bandi' fame Vikas & Shrasti Verma also costar as parallel leads.

Popular hero Sharwanand handed over the script and sounded the clap board to kickstart 'Yatha Raja Tatha Praja' while the camera was switched on by Salman Khan’s Brother-in-law Ayush Sharma and the first shot was directed by 'Drona' director J. Karun Kumar.

Jani joins the list of dance choreographers turned heroes such as Prabhu Deva, Raghava Lawrence, Raju Sundaram, Nagendra Pasad, Dinesh, Aravind Akash, Ajay Raj and Sridhar among others.
