Khamosh Shah, who is making his debut as a music director with the music of Phantom Films' 'Hunterrr', got a wonderful surprise recently from his guru - who is none other than, the music maestro A.R.Rahman.

Last week the Oscar famed composer especially flew down to Mumbai for his student Khamosh Shah.

For the records, Shah studied under Rahman at his music school and so the music maestro came to the city to witness his student`s final mixing of the album. He wanted to be present to support and encourage his student. In fact 'Hunterrr' is the first complete album Shah has directed and composed.

Talking about Shah, Rahman said that it was a proud moment for him to witness his student taking the centre stage, while Shah shared that he owed all that he had learnt about music to A R Rahman.

Khamosh Shah has got an eclectic mix of songs in his album and the music is being widely appreciated. The album is a mix of quirky and fun songs. The title track "Hunterrr 303" that is sung by Bappi Lahiri is being appreciated the most and the song is being hummed by a lot of people.

Written and directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni, 'Hunterrr' features Gulshan Devaiah, Radhika Apte and Sai Tamhankar in lead roles and is scheduled for release on 20th March 2015.
