More and more celebrities are donating generously to the Kerala flood victims. The Chief Minister, Pinarayi Vijayan has also made the request "Kerala is facing its worst flood in 100 years. This flood is also one of the worst floods in our country's history. More than half a million people are displaced. Your help can rebuild the lives of these affected.

A.R. Rahman is in the Los Angeles, America in a concert where he changed the lines of the song "Mustafa mustafa dont worry mustafa" to "Kerala..Kerala...dont worry Kerala" which received thunderous applause from the crowd.  It is said that many were motivated to donate. The Maestro for his part has contributed the entire proceeds of the concert tickets to the people of Kerala.
