We already broke to you that RRR bagged one nomination at the 95th Academy Awards out of the 14 categories it applied for. Naatu Naatu, the Golden Globe-winning dance number from the SS Rajamouli directorial, was nominated under the Best Original Song category.

The entire country showered love on the movie team for creating this history. The film fraternity, sports personalities and even politicians wished RRR success at the Oscars. Meanwhile, the hot news is that Isai Puyal AR Rahman took to his social media last night to congratulate on the nomination and added that they will win the award for sure.

Taking to Twitter, AR Rahman wrote, "Congrats @M_M_Keeravani garu ….I am sure you are going to win Along with Chandra bose ji ..best wishes to RRR team!" (sic). It is worth mentioning that ARR won two Oscars in 2009 for Slumdog Millionaire under the categories- Best Original Song and Best Original Soundtrack.

In a new interview, AR Rahman told, "Keeravani is a great composer. He was underrated. The irony. His life is such a great case study. I believe he wanted to quit music in 2015 but that's exactly when his career started. He got noticed for what he is. For anyone who thinks their life is over, maybe, that is the point where your life starts. Keeravani is a great example. Art is the most beautiful thing. I want RRR to bag the Oscar. Anything Indian should be ruling the world."
