Earlier this month, Lyca Productions officially announced that Superstar Rajinikanth and Isai Puyal AR Rahman are reuniting in their upcoming film 'Lal Salaam'. Touted to be a sports drama based on cricket, the movie is directed by Aishwarya Rajini with Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in the lead roles.

Lal Salaam, which has Rajinikanth playing a cameo role after 14 years, went on the floors with a pooja ceremony on November 5. Currently, AR Rahman and Aishwarya are busy with the musical composition of the film. ARR shared a short clip of himself and Aishwarya from one of their jam sessions today on his Instagram page.

Posting the video, Oscar Nayagan wrote, "Jamming with the most promising female Director @aishwaryarajini for #lalsalaam in mumbai.#தமிழ்" (sic). This video is now trending on social media sites. The regular shooting of Lal Salaam is expected to commence very soon. Vishnu Rangasamy serves as the cameraman and Pravin Baaskar is the editor.
