Isaipuyal A.R. Rahman is not only known for his genius music and spirituality but also for his calmness in any given situation and always having a pleasant attitude. However, a video that has gone viral shows that he also can react strongly to situations in his own style.
The video shows Bollywood superstar Salman Khan on stage with Rahman and telling the crowd in Hindi "You all know that A.R. Rahman is pretty average" and turning to the Oscar winner asking for his acknowledgement to which he coolly nods and when Sallu tries to shake hands never removes his hands from the pocket. The 'Dabbang' star then asks when he would score music for his movies to which the maestro remains silent.
Later at the same press meet a reporter reminds Rahman that he has not answered Salman's wish to work with him. The epic reply by the Mozart of Madras is "Let him first do movies that I like".
Netizens are sharing the video and lauding ARR's epic reaction to the Salman Khan calling it the true Thug Life and this is the Thug Way. The incident happened in 2014 and the legendary composer later in an interview said that Salman actually joked but people took it seriously and the very next day he called him and clarified and offered films to him too.
Rahman is currently scoring music for Vikram's 'Cobra' directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, Sivakarthikeyan's 'Ayalaan' directed by Ravikumar and Mani Ratnam's multistarrer 'Ponniyin Selvan' starring Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Trisha.
