When Rahman made every Indian proud beyond words!

In the world of films, the Academy Awards commands a high respect and is reputed worldwide. It was our own prodigious composer A.R.Rahman who made every Indian proud by winning not just one, but two awards at the Oscars.

This day holds much significance and pride for the people of Tamil Nadu and India as A.R.Rahman recieved the Oscars for his music score same day(February 22) in 2009 for Danny Boyle’s critically acclaimed ‘Slumdog Millionaire’.  Celebrating this day, fans of the composer have been sharing joyous messages of remembrance in the web.

We at Indiaglitz wish A.R.Rahman a much more illustrious career ahead and many more awards to come!
