The Gautham Menon and A.R. Rahman combo is one of the most celebrated in the history of Tamil cinema after their memorable creations in 'Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya' and 'Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada' both starring Simbu in the lead. Now after several years, the creative duo is reportedly coming together for a new movie that will star Varun of 'Puppy' fame in the lead. Unconfirmed reports suggest that the project is 'Yohan Athiyayam Ondru' that GVM wrote for Vijay but did not take off after a grand announcement.
It is said that Varun's uncle Ishari Ganesh will be producing the untitled action-adventure film under the banner Vels Films International which has given three consecutive super hits 'LKG', 'Comali' and 'Puppy'. Stay tuned for more updates on this film which is already under production. GVM meanwhile is awaiting the release of Dhanush's 'Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta' and the Jayalalitha biopic web series 'Queen' in November. He is also said to be making arrangements to resume and complete his ambitious 'Dhruva Natchathiram' starring Vikram, Simran, Aishwarya Rajesh and Parthiban.
