Wow! AR Rahman lends precious support for this noble cause!

Isaipuyal A.R.Rahman has been a pride of Tamil people. He is the one and only Oscar Tamilan who has made Tamil echo in international arena with his music and songs. He has also been doing his bit for every activity that will enhance the pride of Tamil language and its people.
Recently it has been revealed that the Isaipuyal has donated 2500 US dollars (Rs.16 lakhs in Indian value) the separate Chair for Tamil language in the prestigious Harvard University.
The campaign to raise funds for the Tamil Chair has been taken up a few years ago and many celebrities including music director G.V.Prakash Kumar have contributed for the same. Now Rahman and playback singer Srinivas have donated the proceedings of a music concert conducted by them in Canada.
Recently the Tamil Nadu Government has donated Rs.9.75 crores for the Harvard Chair for Tamil.
