Isai Puyal AR Rahman is currently busy with a handful of projects in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi cinema. In Tamil, his next big projects are Simbu starrer 'Pathu Thala' and Mani Ratnam's magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan 2'. The soundtracks of these movies are slated to be released with huge events in March.

Meanwhile, the latest hot news is that Oscar Nayagan has signed a new biggie with the powerhouse actor Dhanush. It is said that ARR will be composing the musical score for Dhanush's milestone 50th film, to be bankrolled by Sun Pictures. We already broke to you that 'D50' is all set to be Dhanush's second directorial tentatively titled 'Raayan'.

D50 aka Raayan is likely to be a mega-budget gangster drama set in Chennai. Vishnu Vishal, SJ Suryah, Dushara Vijayan and Kalidas Jayaram are roped in to play the main roles in the film alongside Dhanush. On the film front, Dhanush is basking in the success of Vaathi and currently shooting for his massive-scale movie 'Captain Miller'.
