AR Murugadoss starts his Bollywood return with Salman Khan’s ‘Sikandar’! – BTS pic

AR Murugadoss is a renowned filmmaker in both Tamil and Hindi cinema. He made his Bollywood debut with the 2008 remake of his Tamil blockbuster ‘Ghajini.’ Building on the success of the ‘Ghajini’ remake, Murugadoss went on to create Hindi remakes of his South hits ‘Stalin,’ ‘Thuppakki,’ and ‘Mouna Guru.’

Murugadoss is set to make a comeback in Bollywood after 8 years with the Salman Khan starrer ‘Sikandar.’ Notably, this is his first original movie in Hindi. Filming for ‘Sikandar’ began yesterday, and today, Murugadoss shared a BTS picture from the set featuring himself, Salman Khan, and producer Sajid Nadiadwala. This image is currently going viral.

The ace director shared the photo and captioned it, “A glimpse straight from the sets of Sikandar. Excited to be here with you @BeingSalmanKhan sir! Looking forward to great times ahead #SajidNadiadwala’s #Sikandar #ARMSikandarEid2025 (sic).” The action entertainer, also starring Rashmika as the heroine and Sathyaraj as the villain, is slated to hit the screens on Eid 2025.
