Apple is likely to reveal its newest iPhones in September, same as it has always done since the iPhone 5 save for a minor delay in 2020 brought on by the epidemic. Still, the precise date is yet unknown. Leaker Majin Bu reportedly claimed recently that the introduction date for the iPhone 16 had been disclosed; this was later revealed to be a scam.
Majin Bu posted on social networking platform X what looked to be a leaked Apple event invite. But it soon turned out to be phoney, produced by @lorevfx. Saying, "I made the 'leaked' Apple Event invite in less than 10 minutes using Figma and an AI-generated texture, just for fun," they said they recognized it was a prank.
Majin Bu politely accepted the prank and said, "I appreciate your effort though, if you need someone for graphics, contact this guy."
Some of the leaked pieces, including the slogan "Ready. Set. Capture," which alluded to a new Capture button for the iPhone 16, sounded realistic even with the bogus invitation. Additionally under discussion was a new golden hue for the iPhone 16 Pro.
Although the specifics of the leak were off, some things remain likely. Beginning at 10 a.m. Pacific time, the event is slated to occur in-person at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino. Regarding the keynote date, many people believe it will be Tuesday, September 10, but the precise hour might yet change somewhat. One expects the releasing date to be some time on September 20.
