Sony Pictures have for many years been the distributors of the James Bond films, but two years back, their deal with MGM and Eon ended and the big studios Universal, Fox and Warner Bros are competing to grab 'Bond 25'.

Ever since Daniel Craig confirmed that he will be 007 one last time, 'Bond25' has become a hot property and now relative newcomers to the film business, Apple and Amazon are also keen on procuring the movie.  Amazon has already tasted success by producing 'Manchester by the Sea' and 'The Big Sick' while Apple has announced that it is going to invest 1Billion USD for film and TV production.  We will have to wait and see if producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson will go for the traditional players are the new age digital giants.
