Another moderate investment film from multi talented S Narayan – 'Appayya' has completed the talkie and completed the dubbing for the portions. The film is at the re-recording room from 2nd of March and completing the task before the launch of 'Chowdaiah' starring Ambarish and Pankaj.

'Appayya' starring Srinagara Kitty and Bhama (Malayalam actress in her fourth film) is a tale of woes of a real life incident. S Narayan caught hold of this story giving Rs.25000 to a stranger at Bengaluru Airport. He has added a few more elements to this film.

Srinagara Kitty plays a Coolie in this film. Indrakumar is in an important role. Produced by Smt Bhagyavathi S Narayan the film has story, screenplay, dialogues, lyrics, music and direction by S Narayan.

Jagadish Wali is the cameraman and Different Danny has handled the stunts.
