Andhra Pradesh saw 57 new cases in the last 24 hours (as of 11 am, Friday). 14 each came from Nellore and Chittoor. Krishna gave 9 and Kurnool gave 8. Anantapur saw 4 new cases, while Vizianagaram saw 3. Vizag and Kadapa saw 2 each, while East Godavari saw 1.

There are as many as 2,157 confirmed cases in the Telugu States. Active cases are 857 in number, while discharged are 1252 in number. Deceased are 48 in number. As many as 9,038 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
