If the reports are to be believed, director Anwar Rasheed is in plans to team up with actor Dulquer Salmaan for a new project. It is said that Dulquer will be playing a police officer in this movie, which is touted to be the first mass entertainer in his career. Anto Joseph is rumored to be producing this movie under his banner Anto Joseph Film Company. According to the rumour mills, actors Aishwarya Lekshmi and Manju Warrier are doing the rounds for the female lead’s part but nothing is confirmed as of yet.
Anwar and Dulquer had last teamed up for 'Bangalore Days', which was produced by the former. The duo's first collaboration was 'Ustad Hotel', which was Anwar Rasheed's last directorial before 'Trance'. Anwar's much-hyped movie 'Trance', that starred Fahadh and Nazriya in the lead role, was released last month and had opened to mixed reviews. Anwar Rasheed with his midas touch has seen success with all his DQ movies. When the blockbuster duo rejoins, expectations are obviously on the higher side.
