There have been reports doing the round that actor Dulquer Salmaan will don the role of a police officer in his next movie with Anwar Rasheed. It was reported that the movie will be a mass entertainer penned by newcomer Shivaprasad and produced by Anto Joseph. 

However, the filmmaker- producer Anwar Rasheed says that the reports are false. "That news is fake. I am currently busy with shooting my film 'Trance.' The first schedule is over and we will soon start the next," said Anwar Rasheed in a recent interview to a popular newspaper. 

Dulquer has a handful of interesting projects lined up for the next few years and is currently busy with the shooting of his maiden Bollywood project Karwan with Irrfan Khan and Mithila Palkar. The actor is also awaiting the release of the bilingual anthology movie, Solo, directed by Bollywood filmmaker Bejoy Nambiar.

Meanwhile, Anwar will also be producing three movies next year - Fahadh Faasil-Dileesh Pothen movie, Mammootty-Khalid Rahman project and Salaam Bukhaari's Dulquer starrer project.
