Ever since the First Look of 'Bhaagamathie' (Telugu Movie) was released the other day, there have been dissections around how Anushka might have been made to look that slim.  High-end technical intervention, the dissertations said, went into making her look right.  

Ever since 'Size Zero', such rumours have haunted the superstar actress.  When that famous arrow still of hers and Prabhas for 'Baahubali-2' was out, similar rumours were visited upon the audience. 

Ashok G, the director of 'Bhaagamathie', has opened up on the issue.  He reveals that Anushka did shed weight to the tune of 20 kgs (or even more) for the film.  The determined actress subjected herself to a strict diet regimen as well as robust workouts in order to come down in weight.

The film could release in the last week of December or in the first week of January.  UV Creations has bankrolled the project.  It will be out in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam most probably on the same day.
