Mani Ratnam's dream project 'Ponniyin Selvan' is on a hectic pre-production mode and already boasts of a mega starcast of Amitabh Bachan, Vikram, Karthi, Mohan Babu, Aishwarya Rai, Amala Paul and Sathyaraj with Jayam Ravi and Keerthy Suresh playing the lead pair.
Now the hot topic in Kollywood is that talks are on with Anushka Shetty to play a pivotal role in 'Ponniyin Selvan' and is likely to give her nod soon. Anushka after a brief hiatus for the past year or so to reduce her weight is back with a bang and has started shooting for her next big film 'Silence' costarring Madhavan her first her in Tamil.
