Evergreen heroine Anushka Shetty hasn't made a big screen appearance since 2020. Now, the hot news is that she is all set to make a comeback in South Indian cinema with her 48th film. Tentatively called 'Anushka48', the project has Naveen Polishetty as the male lead and is directed by Mahesh Babu P.

The movie went on the floors last year and the makers unveiled a character poster of Anushka as a chef on her 41st birthday in November. Today, the exciting title and official first-look poster of Anushka 48 were unleashed by the team. Anushka's comeback film is titled after the lead actors, 'Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty'.

The poster shows Anushka and Naveen Polishetty daydreaming in different backdrops. It also says that the film will hit the screens worldwide in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam this Summer. UV Creations is producing this multilingual entertainer. Arjun Reddy composer Radhan will score music for this interesting venture.
