After ‘Padmaavat’, Pakistan has banned yet another movie. And this time at the receiving end is actress Anushka Sharma’s ‘Pari’ which released today. The film is a supernatural horror movie for which debutant director Prosit Roy has wielded the megaphone.

Even though the film was cleared by the provincial film boards, the Central Board of Film Censors banned the movie. An official from the board was reported stating that the film stimulates viewers in favour of black magic and promotes thoughts that are contradictory to their religion going against Islamic values.
