Anushka suffered serious injury due to an on-set accident that occurred while she was shooting a cameo role for the mega multistarrer 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' in Hyderabad. The evergreen beauty has reportedly fractured her leg and has been adviced a few weeks bed rest by her doctor. The shooting of this biggie starring Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachan, Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and Tamannaah has been completed and post-production work has started.
Anushka is also playing the lead role in the multilingual 'Silence' that reunites her with her 'Rendu' costar Madhavan and also Anjali, Michael Madsen and others. She will rejoin that set in the US after her recovery.
