Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap is known for his off beat movies. He has been inspired many great filmmakers around the globe and constantly strives to make Indian Cinema better. Anurag is also heavily influenced by writer-director Quentin Tarantino. So much so that he is now planning to remake Tarantino's classic 'Kill Bill' in Bollywood.

'Kill Bill' starring Uma Thurman was a female led action thriller which is a cult classic now. It is known for Uma Thurman's iconic portrayal of a an action star. Although the project is still being conceptualized and makers are eyeing actress Kriti Sanon for that lead, nothing has been officially announced. A source close to the development shared, "Although nothing has been finalized yet. The project is in its infancy right now. Why is it being leaked to the press?”

Since Anurag is a master filmmaker and tries to deliver fresh and original content, it seems kind of weird that he would like to remake a film as classic and amazing as 'Kill Bill'.
