Anupama Parameshwaran, who played Mary in her hit debut movie is gearing up to reprise the role. She will once again play Mary in the Telugu remake of 'Premam'. She was approached by its dierctor Karthikeyan and the pre-production work of the movie is on.
George's character will be played bu Nagachaitanya. Bollywood actress Parineethi Chopra and Disha will essay the other roles. Parineethi will play Malar and Disha will essay the role of Celine.
