Last year, the first season of the reality show 'Shark Tank India' was released and it turned out to be a huge success. For the unversed, the show gives a platform to budding entrepreneurs to present their business ideas in front of big businesspersons in order to raise investments. The second season of the show was released this Monday and a little before that, sharks of the show had opened up about how their lives have changed after the fame that season one brought them.
Anupam Mittal stated that he's scared to open his WhatsApp as their are over thousand messages on it and that people on Instagram comment that they are crushing over him. However, he admitted that he is enjoying the fan following. Namita Thapar, on the other hand revealed that she had to learn to turn off notifications on her phone. Vineeta Thakur shared that she took more selfies than ever during the course of first season.
Peyush Bansal, the founder of Lenskart, who is a fan favourite shark stated that he wasn't keen on returning for second season. He told The Indian Express, "The only reason that I wasn’t keen on coming back was there’s too much fan following. I truly believe in ‘all glory is fleeting’ and didn’t want a life like this. I want a normal life, for me and my son, who’s just 2.5 years old. But at the same time, the spark that I see in the eyes of people made me finally relent.”
