Soon after Bollywood actor Anupam Kher was miffed when he was denied a visa to visit Pakistan for the Karachi Literature Festival, recently said that he has now been offered one. But he finally gave way to the event and said he has given away those dates to other events in India and won't be coming. Earlier, Manzoor Ali Memon, a diplomat from the Pakistan High Commission, told a leading daily that, No visa application was given. An invitation is not a guarantee, it just facilitates the purpose.
Thank you Mr. @abasitpak1 for your call & offering me visa to visit Karachi. I appreciate it. Unfortunately i've given away those dates now.
