Joining the long list of those making their entry from small screen to the silver screen is Ravi. He is the director of the mega-serial Anandham being run on Sun TV on all week days.

The serial features yesteryear heroine Sukanya.

Now Ravi is slated to direct Prashanth for a movie titled Thiru. A search is on for a heroine. Thiru might hit the floors in a couple of months.

With Thiru, Prashanth has now successfully signed over half-a-dozen movies.

His last release was Ayutham, almost a year ago.

Prashanth needs a big one to salvage his career.
