Another Mammootty - Shafi project

Hitmaker Shafi who had associated with Mammootty to create two big hits ‘Thommanum Makkalaum’ and ‘Mayavi’ in the recent years is planning to make the tally to three with the announcement of a new project.

Both the superstar and the director will get together for another movie in the scripts of James Albert, whose previous two films ‘Classmates’ and ‘Cycle’ were lapped up by the Mollywood audience.

This untitled movie will be produced by Madhavan Nair under the banner of Murali films. The project will be one of the first releases of the super star in the early months of 2010.

Shafi's last movie to hit the theatres ‘Lolipop’ was not able to impress the audience even though with a big young cast.
