Another famous actor joins the cast of Sivakarthikeyan starrer ‘Maaveeran’!

We already informed you that Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Maaveeran’ shooting commenced yesterday. On the other hand, the makers are showering the fans with cast updates of the film for the last two days. Aditi Shankar, veteran actress Saritha and director Mysskin have joined the cast already.

Today, the production house took to their social media handles to break that famous comedian Yogi Babu is roped in to play a key role in ‘Maaveeran’. Sharing a special video, Shanthi talkies wrote, “We are delighted to welcome @iYogiBabu onboard for #Maaveeran / #Mahaveerudu” (sic).

It is worth mentioning that Yogi Babu played the lead role in the ‘Maaveeran’ director’s debut film ‘Mandela’ which recently won the National Award. Bharath Sankar scores the music for the film, Vidhu Ayyanna handles the cinematography and Philomin Raj does the editing.
