'Annapoorna Photo Studio', the upcoming entertainer, stars Chaitanya Rao Madadi and Lavanya Sahukara in lead roles. Also featuring Yash Rangineni, Vasu Inturi, Uttara Reddy, Mihirah, Viva Raghav, Lalith Aditya, Krishna Mohan, and Ramana, the film is in the news over the release of a new song from T-Series Telugu.
A retro song titled 'Rangamma' from the movie was released today. SPB Charan, who last year made a tuneful comeback with 'Inthandham' from 'Sita Ramam', once again breathes life into this retro song whose conceptualization, staging and dance choreography are reminiscent of the style adopted by Vamsee, Bapu and others in the 1980s.
Written by Srinivasa Mouli, this Prince Henry composition is a thorough winner. The deployment of the guitar is a throwback to the style of Maestro Ilaiyaraaja. Chendu Muddu, the director, relies on the appeal of old songs. Pankaj Tottada's cinematography captures the heroine in all her ethereal beauty.
The film, which is yet to lock its release date, is produced by Yash Rangineni of BigBen Cinemas. D Venkata Prabhu is the film's editor.
