Anjali who went missing a few years back made a comeback with Jayam Ravi's 'Sakalakalavallavan' in 2015 Since then she has acted in strong and memorable roles in director Karthik Subbaraj's 'Iraivi' and the recently released 'Taramani' directed by Ram.

Now it has been revealed that the highly talented actress is acting with Vijay Antony in 'Kaali' directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi. The film is in its final stages of shooting and the first look poster was recently released.

Now the other two heroines have been confirmed. One is Anjali and the other one is Shilpa Manjunath who hails from Kannada film industry. This will be her debut in Kollywood.

The portions of Amirtha and Shilpa have been completed. Shilpa plays a village girl in the film while Amirtha will be seen in a completely contrasting role.

'Kaali' is a suspense drama that will have equal scope for all the four heroines.

The film is being produced by Vijay Antony Film Corporation.
