Thalapathy Vijay's film 'Leo' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj so far has emerged as a remarkable success not just at the box office across the country but also at the global box office. The success of it comes not just from the content that came with the film but also from the exceptional work of composer Anirudh Ravichander during the direction process for the background music and songs too. On October 23, Anirudh, responding to fans' demands, released the song 'Ordinary Person' on YouTube.

However, the song raised similarity concerns with 'Peaky Blinders' and specifically artist Otnicka's song 'Where are you?' To this end, Otnicka commented that he wasn't even aware of his song being used in 'Leo' and pointed out that the label couldn't allow a license to be issued without his consent.

Notably, Anirudh Ravichander is a self-professed Peaky Blinders fan, and his supporters insist that Ordinary Person was more of an inspiration than an imitation of the program. Be it an inspiration or a copy, the music composer did not buy the copyrights to use the Original artist's soundtrack.

'Leo' would be marking the second association between Thalapathy Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj after 'Master.' Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, Sandy, and Gautham Menon play key supporting roles in the movie alongside Mathew Thomas, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Priya Anand, among others, in an ensemble supporting cast. It's not only the star power but also the talented crew that has contributed to the film's phenomenal success.
