Anirudh's request to the Police

Summons had been issued to Simbu and Anirudh to appear at the Race Course Police Station in Coimbatore on the 2nd of January and while Simbu had seeked the High Court who have exempted him from appearing till the 5th of this month, Anirudh`s lawyer has submitted a letter on his behalf.

In his letter to the Police, Anirudh has stated that he respects women and has nothing to do with the Beep Song` which has been used by some unscrupulous elements to tarnish his image in the film industry. He has also requested the Police to give him fifteen days time as he is on a concert tour in London following Canada for the Chennai Flood victims.
