Anirudh Ravichander is a music composer and playback singer who primarily works in the Tamil film industry. He is referred to as the 'Rockstar' by his fanatics. The musician has cored for some Telugu films too. Now, Anirudh's 25th movie was officially announced by the makers.

Anirudh made his debut as a music composer in his cousin Aishwarya R. Dhanush's directorial debut film "3", starring Dhanush. His debut song from the album, "Why this Kolaveri Di" garnered global attention and is one of the most viral Indian songs of all time. Since then, he has scored music for many chartbusters including Ethir Neechal, Vanakkam Chennai, Velaiyilla Pattathari, Kaaki Sattai, Naanum Rowdy Dhan.

In a very short span of time, Anirudh has composed music for the films of many leading actors like Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Thalapathy Vijay, Ajith Kumar, Surya, Dhanush and Sivakarthikeyan. Especially, the composer has worked with Sivakarthikeyan in 8 movies in the 10 years. Both Anirudh and Sivakarthikeyan has now evolved into inevitable stars in Kollywood.

Rockstar Anirudh has composed music for 25 projects in his decade-long stint in the film industry. Now, it is officially announced that Vignesh Shivan's "Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal" will be the 25th release in Ani's career. This triangular romantic comedy movie stars Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, Lady Superstar Nayanthara and South Queen Samantha. Rowdy Pictures took to their Twitter page to announce the same and also added that the next single will be launched soon.
