Actor Arya who was last seen playing a dual role in Mounaguru director Santhakumar's second movie Magaamuni is next acting in the movie Teddy, which is directed by Shakti Soundarrajan who had last given a hit with the Jayam Ravi starrer space flick Tik Tik Tik.

Teddy has music by D Imman and it has been revealed that music director Anirudh has sung a song for the movie. Anirudh had earlier sung Gaandha Kannazhagi song for D Imman in Namma Veettu Pillai last year. Teddy is produced by Studio Green and will have the real star couple Arya and Sayyeshaa pairing again on screen after Ghajinikanth and also stars Sathish, Sakshi Agarwal.
