Popular cinematographer Ravi K Chandran has worked as DOP for some cult classic films like 'Minsara Kanavu', 'Kandu Kondein Kandu Kondein', 'Ayudha Ezhuthu' and '7 aam Arivu' among many others.  His son Santhana Krishnan is making his debut in a Bollywood movie 'Baaghi2' directed by Sabeer Khan and starring Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani.  The film is an adaptation of the Telugu film 'Kshanam' which was also remade in Tamil as 'Sathya' starring Sibi Sathyaraj and Remya Nambesan.

Anirudh who is a school friend of Santhana Krishnan has congratulated him with the words " My dear friend from school goes to Bollywood and at this very young age. Kudos bro. Make us proud!".  Santhana Krishnan is making his Tamil debut in Vikram-GVMs 'Dhruva Natchathiram' and has also signed the new film directed by Ananda Krishnan starring Vijay Deverakonda.
