Anil Ravipudi is going to get busy working on the pre-production works for Nandamuri Balakrishna's movie from January next year. The 'Pataas' and 'Supreme' director has put the record straight on the nature of the subject.

Amidst rumours that the film is going to be a true-blue entertainer, the 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' maker said that it will be a serious movie with situational comedy for fun. "Balakrishna garu has got a massy image. I can't make a comedy entertainer with him as the hero," Ravipudi said.

There is zero truth in the speculation that Ravipudi is going to execute the 'Ramarao Garu' script with Balayya. It's a script that the director has toyed with since 2015. But the director has abandoned the idea and is going to write a fresh script.

Meanwhile, 'Akhanda' is all set to hit the screens on December 2. Directed by Boyapati Sreenu, the film has Pragya Jaiswal as the female protagonist.

As for Ravipudi, his 'F3' stars Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Tamannaah Bhatia and Mehreen. The film will release in February next year.
