After being lauded for ‘Race 3’, the veteran actor Anil Kapoor is all set to rock on again. With‘Fanney Khan’ making the noise all for the right reasons, the makers had dropped the first look of the film yesterday. The film also features Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao in the lead roles.

In the poster, Anil Kapoor who is facing backwards with a bag on his shoulder and a trumpet on his right hand and a tiffin dabba on his left has aroused our curiosity. Although the poster does not feature Aishwarya and Rajkummar, but they do have this amazing legendary combination - Mohammed Rafi and Shammi Kapoor and the words 'Taal n Talent' etched in the background. Looks like the ‘Mr. India’ actor is playing as an aspiring singer who participates in a reality show hoping to get a break in Bollywood. The teaser of the movie releases tomorrow and will be attached to Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Sanju’.

Directed by Atul Manjrekar, ‘Fanney Khan’ brings back Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai after ‘Taal’. It is all about a father who wishes to fulfill the dream of his daughter, who is an aspirational singer. The Bollywood diva will be seen playing as a singing sensation whereas Rajkummar will be portraying the love interest of Aishwarya. It is slated to hit the screens on August 3.
