This may sound amusingly surprising. But yeah the evergreen Jhakaas` star Anil Kapoor for once will show his real age on reel. For his forthcoming film, Zoya Akhtar`s Dil Dhadakne Do`, Anil Kapoor plays father of on-screen siblings Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh. And to look authentic for his character, the 57-year old actor had to say bye-bye to his dyes/hair colours to have that grey-headed fatherly look.

In fact, according to sources, initially, the actor was quite apprehensive about such role and was doubtful about accepting the movie. But when he was constantly pushed in by his kids, Sonam and Harshvardhan, Anil Kapoor gave his nod for Dil Dhadakne Do`.

So at a time when we have been used to watch a dashing, handsome and young Anil Kapoor all these days, it will be quite different experience to see an older version of the actor.
