Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, who is super-excited to share the silver screen for the first time with her father and veteran actor Anil Kapoor for her upcoming project ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’, has unveiled their new release date today.

The actors from the movie announced the new date on their social media pages. Sonam tweeted, “#EkLadkiKoDekhaTohAisaLaga, releasing on February 1st, 2019. Don’t forget the date!” The film is set on the backdrop of Punjab that revolves around a love story filled with syaapa.

Directed by debutante Shelly Chopra Dhar and produced by Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films in association with Fox Star Studios, the film was all set to hit the screens this year, reportedly in the month of October which is postponed to February 1, 2019 now. The film stars Juhi Chawla, Rajkummar Rao besides the father-daughter duo.
