Despite the core of 'Thank You' being infidelity, writer-director Anees Bazmee is sure that his film would appeal to family audience as well since he has stayed away from incorporating any elements that would have otherwise made them cringe in their seats.

"Your question is around whether infidelity as a topic would work with family audiences or not, right? In that case let me take you back a little into the past", Bazmee says with a smile, "Remember 'No Entry'? Now there too the subject was quite delicate as we were talking about infidelity. Wasn't it a film which was seen by family audiences? If at all there was glamour, it was mainly in songs but otherwise not a single scene or dialogue was the kind that would have led to anyone in auditorium to feel uncomfortable."

Settling down, he goes on to explain his mode of functioning, "When I make films, I do keep in mind the sensibilities of family audience. I keep reminding myself that I should be comfortable watching this film with my own family as well. I have done that with 'Welcome' and 'Singh Is Kinng' as well. The same thought process applies for 'Thank You' too.

Also starring Sonam Kapoor, Celina Jaitly and Rimi Sen as the leading ladies with Mallika Sherawat in an item number (Razia) and Vidya Balan in a cameo, 'Thank You' has music by Pritam and is a co-production of Ronnie Screwvala and Twinkle Khanna. A solo release, the film arrives all over on 8th April.
