The cheerful actress Aindrita Ray who has ancestors in West Bengal is now in a Bengali film. Apparently this film of well known actress Aindrita Ray is a remake of Kannada film ‘Vishnuvardhana’ starring Kichcha Sudeep in the banner of Dwarakish Chitra and directed by P Kumar – a blockbuster in Kannada.

Aindrita Ray popular actress of Kannada cinema is doing what Mallu heroine Bhavana had done in Kannada version.

Interesting is that for Aindrita Ray Kannada remake in Bengali language is titled as ‘Bachchan’. That title is also film of Kichcha Sudeep another hit film in Kannada.

It is a procession for Aindrita Ray from Kannada to Bengali. She made debut in ‘Meravanige’ (meaning is procession) and went on to act in some good films like Junglee, Vaayuputra, Manasaare, Nooru Janmaku, Veera Parampare, Paramathma, Parijatha, Ziddi, Kaddi Pudi, Tony, A Flat in Hindi and another Telugu film Love in Hyderabad are Aindrita Ray films.
