Andrea Jeremiah, who was last seen on screen playing the vengeance filled woman with a mission, Chandra in Vetrimaran directorial Vada Chennai, is currently occupied with a number of interesting projects in various stages of filming.

Her next movie has been titled Maaligai, and it is touted to be a mix of fantasy, horror and action genres. Directed by Kannada maker Dil Satya, the movie will have Andrea in dual avatars, a police officer and a princess.

The film revolves around a police officer played by Andrea who enters a palace for investigation and realises her past. Maaligai also stars Karthik Jayaraman from Kannada industry, KS Ravikumar, Manonabala, Asutosh Rana, Jangiri Madhumitha, Telugu Comedian Ali in important roles.
