Well-known Telugu TV anchor Shyamala has been married to small-time artist Narasimha Reddy. The news is that Reddy was today arrested by the Rayadurgam police in connection with a cheating case.

Reports say that Reddy had borrowed Rs 1 Cr from a woman in installments since 2017. When the loaner asked him to repay the loan amount, Reddy allegedly resorted to blackmailing. As per the complainant, he even tried to sexually harass her. 

A female mediator was brought into the picture to convince the loaner to have an amicable settlement with Reddy. But the loaner refused to do so.

Shyamala's husband will now be interrogated. It's rumoured that the TV anchor and her husband haven't been on good terms. But Shyamala recently refuted the gossip, saying that such unfounded rumours are only to be expected.
