It has been reported by sections of media that Anasuya Bharadwaj will be playing the role of a mother to Sumanth Ashwin in a rom-com. Turns out that the news is fake.

Taking to Twitter on Friday, the 'Kshanam' and ‘Rangasthalam’ actress said "Truth", sharing a report that had scotched the rumour.

Earlier in the week, the actress was in the news when reports emerged that she will be replacing Indraja in a road film. The film stars Sumanth Ashwin, Priya Vadlamani and Srikanth. The 'Jabardasth' host is yet to come on board.

As of now, Krishna Vamsi’s ‘Rangamaarthanda’, starring Prakash Raj in the lead and Brahmanandam and Rahul Sipligunj in key roles, is her only major project in the Telugu film industry. Besides, she is busy with her TV assignments.
